What information do you need for an ADR check?
Provide the UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class and packing group where assigned, together with the quantity and packaging details. We also need your collection and delivery locations and timing. A current safety data sheet can help with the discussion.
Is an online ADR checker enough to arrange transport?
An ADR checker can be a useful starting point, but it does not replace current regulations, accurate classification or competent advice. Share the actual consignment details with us so transport suitability and requirements can be confirmed before booking.
Can you transport class 9 dangerous goods?
ADR class 9 covers miscellaneous dangerous substances and articles, including certain lithium batteries. Please send the UN number, quantity, packaging and condition of the goods so we can confirm whether your specific consignment is suitable for our service and what requirements apply.
Is an ADR group the same as a hazard class?
If by “ADR group” you mean a packing group, these are different. The hazard class describes the type of danger, while a packing group, where assigned, indicates the degree of danger. Not all dangerous goods have a packing group, so use the classification shown in your current transport information.
Will my consignment share a vehicle?
No. We use dedicated vehicles only, with no co-loading or depot transfers. One driver remains accountable from collection through to signed proof of delivery.
