Load & vehicle
Include the number of packages or pallets, dimensions, total weight and loading arrangements. If you are unsure which vehicle you need, send the load details.
ADR information
For dangerous goods, provide the UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, packing group where applicable, quantity and packaging details. Include the safety data sheet if available.

What should I send for an ADR check before booking?
Send the consignment's transport classification, UN number, proper shipping name, hazard class, packing group where applicable, and quantities. An online ADR checker is not a substitute for accurate classification and documentation. If information is missing, ask your supplier or dangerous goods adviser before booking.
Can I enquire about class 9 dangerous goods?
Yes. Include the exact UN number, packaging, quantity and route in your enquiry. ADR class 9 covers different substances and articles, so the class alone does not establish the requirements for a particular movement. Discuss the full consignment details with us before arranging collection.
Who oversees dangerous goods movements?
ADR-certified drivers carry the correct dangerous goods documentation on every consignment, with oversight from a qualified Transport Manager and a named DGSA. Purple B Logistics is DfT-approved for High Consequence Dangerous Goods under a written Transport Security Plan.
